We caramelise onions until they’re golden and naturally sweet, and we freshly roast and grind our spices. Then we slow cook each curry for hours…and hours. We’ve done the hard work - so you can create your unique curry in minutes. All you have to do is decide what to add!

All our sauces are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. We only use plant based ingredients so all our products are suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. Our slow cooked methods mean that our caramelised onions give the curry it’s naturally subtle sweet notes, so we don’t need to add sugar like some other brands do. And they’re gluten free too!
Holy Cow! tries to earn the halo on our logo by giving back as much as we can. Working with one of India's largest mid-day meal providers, we have sponsored over 500,000 free school meals in India!
