1 tsp cooking oil
600g diced boneless chicken breasts / or use Chicken Tikka pieces recipe below
1 red pepper diced in chunks
2 chopped tomatoes

1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add the chicken and lightly sauté for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the pepper, chopped tomatoes and the sauce from this pack into the pan. Stir through and simmer on a low heat with a lid on for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Serve with rice or naan (maybe a beer!).
